Hi, We're Meg & Jules

Hey, we’re Meg and Jules — your new health-pro besties, here to chat about all the stuff women’s bodies go through. From aches and pains to menopause, ageing and those random “umm… is this normal?” moments, nothing’s off limits. We’ll give you the real talk, some handy tips, and a few laughs along the way.

How we got here...

How We Got Here
 – Like most good ideas, this one started over coffee. We’ve always found ourselves deep in conversation about health, work, and life — swapping stories, sharing what we’ve learned, and laughing a lot along the way. One day we thought, why not hit record?

That’s how Healthy Banter was born — our way of opening up those chats to you. We blend real-life experiences with expert know-how to make health feel more approachable, less overwhelming, and maybe even a little fun.

Our vision is simple: to offer a safe, empowering space where women can learn, grow, and take ownership of their wellbeing—with clarity, confidence, and compassion. We invite you to our coffee table, so you can share the knowledge (and the laughs) with friends and family.

Meet Meg

Meg has been a physiotherapist for over 12 years, gaining experience across a wide range of areas—from women’s health to occupational health and lots in between. She also has a strong interest in research, which she combines with her genuine passion for helping others thrive. Known for her compassionate and supportive approach, Meg brings warmth and understanding to every interaction, and a calm curiosity to every episode.

Meet Jules

Jules has been working in health for over 30 years — She’s lived a lot of life, faced her own physical challenges, and walked alongside countless women as they’ve navigated theirs.

From the sports field to chronic pain clinics, cancer care to palliative support, her clinical work has been wide-ranging but always rooted in hope, empathy, and plenty of shared laughter. She brings the same energy to every episode — unpacking topics that matter and inviting you to explore the conversations.
